The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on Oristech Store. The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

IT IS ONLY WHEN WE HAVE DESPATCHED THE GOODS TO YOU THAT WE HAVE A BINDING CONTRACT AND IT IS ONLY AT THIS POINT THAT THE ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD. BUT IF PAID BY CHEQUE IT IS ONLY WHEN IS CLEARED.

We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you .

You have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Oristech Store by Letter, Fax or Email give reasons why you are returning this item.

Give details of the goods ordered and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Oristech Store at your own cost. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped to us.

It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are fully insured. All returned goods must be as new and complete including all internal packaging, cables, manuals, drivers and protective bags, however small. Oristech Store cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost whilst being returned. Oristech will refund you within Four Weeks for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
